2000

After spending more than a decade working as engineering managers for tier 1 construction companies in Australia and overseas, Paul and Ben decided to team up and go out on their own. Civil Construction Solutions Pty Ltd (CCS) was established in 2007. Paul and Ben continued to contract their project and development management services to contractors and large private and government clients.

2010's

CCS continued providing and development management services to private and government clients and commenced undertaking their own residential developments. these consisted of duplex and multi townhouse developments in the Hunter Valley and Central Coast.

During the latter part of this period, CCS used their knowledge and exprience to commence undertaking small scale light industrial developments and investments.

2020's

With over 10 years of demonstrated client-side project management and consultancy services experience, CCS have established systems and process that have enabled us to increase the number of highly experienced personnel working in large private and government entities. We currently have in excess over 10 highly experienced individuals that are providing services to an array of companies via CCS.  

Our business plan includes teaming up with quality engineering, development and construction personnel who wish to increase their own personal gain through either consultancy work or property development.

During the first half of this period, CCS personnel have assisted in establishing and managing a portfolio of light industrial developments currently valued over $100m. These developments have being carried out in South East Queensland and coastal New South Wales. CCS continue to develop commercial residential developments throughout Brisbane and in 2025 commenced similar developments in Melbourne.
