2000

After spending more than a decade working as engineering managers for tier 1 construction companies, Paul and Ben decided to team up and go out on their own. Civil Construction Solutions Pty Ltd (CCS) was established in 2012, continuing as contract project managers providing services to government and non-government clients.

2010's

CCS continued providing project and development management services whilst undertaking private property developments. The property development comprised duplex and multi townhouse residential developments in the Hunter Valley and Central Coast.

During the latter part of this period, CCS used their knowledge and experience, investing and developing light industrial property developments.

2020's

With over 10 years of demonstrated client-side project management and consultancy services experience, CCS have established systems and process enabling us to increase the number of experienced project and development management personnel. Our personnel service government and non-government entities and we currently have in excess of 10 highly experienced individuals providing and array of services to our clients.

Our experience currently sees us servicing numerous regional local government entities, assisting with all phases of project development and delivery across Water & Sewer, Roads, Infrastructure and Open Space divisions for Council. Our personnel have also worked with TfNSW assisting with the management of grant funded road projects.

Our business plan includes teaming up with quality engineering, development and construction personnel who wish to increase their own personal growth through either consultancy, infrastructure or property development.

During the first half of this period, CCS personnel have aperformed leading roles in establishing and managing a private investment portfolio of light industrial developments, currently valued over $100m. These developments have being carried out in South East Queensland and coastal New South Wales. In addition, CCS continue to develop commercial residential developments throughout Brisbane and Melbourne.
