Senior Project Engineer. 800t railway bridge constructed on and adjacent to live railway over an existing road. Tight timeframe requiring innovative construction methods and temporary works.
130m long tendon stayed composite steel / concrete pedestrian bridge constructed over live railway.
Rail track works, level crossing removal, rail signalling design and installation. Demolition of bridges in the rail corridor.

Saadiyat Link Project, Abu Dhabi

TDIC

Section Manager.Cast insitu tunnel 50,000 m3 concrete, 3 cast insitu multi-span viaduct bridges with external PT.
Direct delivery with 1,000 strong mixed nationality workforce.

Googong Dam Spillway

Bulk Water Alliance

Project Manager. Upgrade to existing spillway at Googong Dam. Works involve blasting, rock support and significant structural concrete. Difficult logistical and temporary works challenges requiring design changes.

Hunter Expressway

RMS

Project Manager 22 bridges, various construction types: precast Super-T, cast insitu voided slab, composite steel girder bridges over the main northern railway. Noisewalls and retaining walls.

Wyangala Dam Upgrade

Seymour Whyte

Project Manager for Wyangala Dam Wall Raising Alliance tender. Tender period > 12 months and Seymour Whyte were the successful bidder for the estimated $650M project.

Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC)

Client side Project Management, Major Projects, Hunter Valley Rail Network, NSW Works involves procurement and delivery of upgrades to rail network infrastructure.

WestConnex St Peters Interchange Site Preparation Works

WestConnex Delivery Authority

Project Manager. Work involved cleanup of the existing landfill facility prior to Stage 2 of WestConnex. Involved classification and removal of over 300,000 tonnes of contaminated waste through a politically sensitive area.

Paradise Dam Improvement Project

Works involved strengthening the existing dam wall / spillway with ground anchors and structural concrete. Worked to an accelerated 24hr/7d week program in remote area to complete strengthening scope prior to the wet season.
